1. 5G Home Internet plans are available as prepaid plans.

2. Customer will have to pay a one-time fee of OMR 39 + 5%VAT for the new device.

3. If customer chooses to use their own device, it will be activated at no additional cost.

4. Customers will receive SMS notifications when included data quota reaches the 80% threshold and once 100% consumed.

5. More internet packages are available if the customer wishes to top up their expired data.

6. If the package is not recharged for a period of 3 Months , the service will be temporarily suspended until the balance is recharged again.

7. Ooredoo is only responsible if there is a manufacturing defect or damage to the new modem.

8. To change your location, please visit your nearest Ooredoo Store. A fee of OMR 5 will be charged.

9. All other standard terms and conditions apply.

10. Without prejudice to the penalties stipulated in the Telecommunications Act promulgated by Royal Decree 30/2002, the Beneficiary shall not be entitled to redistribute the internet service outside the contracted residential / commercial unit, and shall bear all the legal liability resulting in the event that this violation is proven.
The Authority or the Company shall have the right to terminate the service of the Beneficiary in the event that it is proven otherwise, and to prevent the delivery of the service to the Beneficiary according to the period specified by the Authority.
