1. New customers on 12-month contracts are eligible for this plan.

2. A monthly recurring charge (excluding 5% VAT) applies for 12 months.

3. A one-time installation charge of OMR 15 applies to the OMR 24 plan and a charge of OMR 10 for OMR 28, 45 & 95 plans.

4. A CPE charge of OMR 1 per month for the period of 24 months applies for the OMR 24 plan only.

5. In case of early termination, an Early Termination Charge (ETC) will apply at a fixed rate of OMR 50.

6. Downgrading is not allowed for existing customers of the OMR 24 plan.

7. Other benefits will remain the same: Free OO Fixed Minutes (On-Net) and a 10 % discount on International Voice.

8. All other terms and conditions of the Fibre Home Internet will remain the same.

9. Ooredoo is responsible for CPE/modem manufacturing damage. Customers will be charged OMR 25 for any other damage.

10. Ooredoo is not responsible for any internal wiring in the customers’ building, firewall configuration on PC, location, type of content and the distance to Wi-Fi. Please note that the access point will affect the actual speed and any connections to servers outside the Ooredoo Network.

11. In the case of a change in location request, an OMR 15 fee will apply.

12. Without prejudice to the penalties stipulated in the Telecommunications Regulatory Law, it is not permissible to redistribute internet services to connect outside of residential/commercial units. This is considered misuse of the provided service, which shall be punishable by law. In addition, the TRA and/or the Licensee reserves the right to suspend the service if it is found that there is any violation of this clause, and prohibit the delivery of the renewed service for a period of two (2) months.

Yes, this offer is available for new and existing 4G home internet or Super Fibre customers. Furthermore, if you are an existing 4G home internet customer, your current service will not be disconnected until the Super Fibre Service is activated. If you have our prepaid Fast Home Broadband plan, we will transfer your credit balance to your bill once Super Fibre is activated.
Ooredoo is working hard to make sure your service is delivered as soon as possible. If there are any network or technical issues that delay installation, a member of our team will contact you and update you on your request status and estimated time to installation completion.

It is best to seek the landlord/property owner's permission, as new equipment will be installed at the premises. If you’re a tenant or living in a compound or flat, please make sure that you’ve notified your landlord as we can’t be responsible for dismantling the modem and can’t take any liability for any damage caused while dismantling the modem. Once Fibre coverage is available in your area you will be contacted by a member of our team or receive a n SMS . You can also visit us in-store as soon as you know Superfast Fibre is coming to arrange a smooth transition between the two services without getting disconnected.
Ooredoo is working on expanding our Fibre coverage and we will notify you when we launch in new areas If you live in an area currently not covered by the Fibre network you can register your interest in the service on our website.
The broadband line speed you can get will vary depending on a number of factors such as how far away your home is from our exchange and where the content you are accessing is hosted.If your line speed is significantly lower than the estimated range that we quoted when you placed your order you should contact us. We will always try to improve your line speed. If the cause of the problem is outside our control, we will endeavour to explain the possible causes to you and how you may be able to address the problem.
