Auto Pay

Ooredoo Oman offers the Auto Pay feature on the Ooredoo App. Auto Pay allows postpaid customers to schedule their payments on a monthly basis.

To activate your auto pay, simply follow these steps:

  • Login to the Ooredoo App, and click on auto pay on the side menu.
  • Select the date desired to schedule the payment.
  • Choose to either pay the total bill amount or set a fixed amount to pay on a monthly basis.
  • Finally add your credit or debit card details.

Please note: The bank will charge an amount of 0.110 Baisa upon registration. This amount will be refunded upon successful registration.

Terms and Conditions

Customer confirms that he/she has read and fully understood the following terms and conditions:

  • Customers should only register for this service using their own valid bank card.
  • Customers will be notified by SMS upon successful bank card registration.
  • Customers may cancel auto pay at any time through the Ooredoo App.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in their account, update expired bank card details and/or delete bank card details in the event the registered card is lost or stolen.
  • Customers shall be notified by SMS one day before the selected bill payment date.
  • In case of account termination/post-pre migration/change of ownership - auto pay will be automatically cancelled.
  • Customers may change their bank card details at any time through the Ooredoo App.
  • Customers shall in no event use this service to carry out fraudulent activities and agree that Ooredoo will not be held liable in the event of any fraud carried out by the customer.

What type of card can customers register in Auto Pay?

Customer can register Omani local debit/credit cards only.

Can I change my payment date through the App?

Yes any time.

If my bill is less than the maximum amount set? What will happen?

Only the bill amount will be deducted. However, if the amount is more than the maximum set amount, only the maximum amount will be deducted as partial payment and the customer will be notified that they have performed a partial payment. Customers have to login to the App and preform a payment to clear their invoices.

How many cards can customers add in auto pay?

Customers can add up to 3 bank cards.

What type of customers can use the auto pay feature?

Shahry (Postpaid) customers only.
