How I can find my PUK number?

You can find your PUK number through the below channels:

  • Ooredoo oman App: by click on Help & support than Retrieve PUK
  • 1500 self-service: by calling 1500 self service

How can I change my number to other person?

You can change ownership by visit our Ooredoo store

Note : both customer should be present ,the owner and the new owner with ID card

please be informed that the Vanity Number (Special Number) Change Ownership business rules are as below:

Relationship Matrix:

First Level Relatives: Father and mother, son and daughter, husband’s father and mother, wife’s father and mother. Second Level Relatives: Grandfather and grandmother, brother and sister, son’s son and daughter, daughter’s son and daughter, siblings of husband or wife, grandfather and grandmother of husband or wife. Third Level Relatives: Grandfather and grandmother of father and mother, daughter and son of son’s son, daughter and son of son’s daughter, son of daughter’s son, daughter and son of daughter’s daughter, uncle and aunt, nephews and nieces, uncles and aunts of husband and wife, husband and wife’s nephews and nieces, grandfathers and grandmothers of fathers and mothers of husband and wife.

From the phone by clicking on the number then add the number in the blocked list

Where can I report my lost SIM?

You can report a lost SIM through the below channels:

  • MyAccount: visit the Click Here under Account Profile section then Report lost SIM
  • 1500 self-service: by calling 1500 and choose to speak to the customer care representative and request for barring calls.

You can get your usage details through the below channels:

  • Ooredoo Oman App click on the main menu on the left side of the page and select "Call History".
  • My Account: visit the Click Here, under "Additional Services" select "Call History".
