How can I activate the Shahry Plans?

You can activate Shahry Plans by visiting your nearest Ooredoo store with the required documents and sign up on the spot or through our Ooredoo website https://www.ooredoo.om/ and press "Eshop".

What are the documents required to activate the New Shahry service?

For Omanis:

  • A copy of your current national ID card.
  • Proof of income if you would like a credit limit of more than RO 50.

For non-Omanis:

  • A copy of your current resident card
  • Proof of income if you’d like a credit limit of more than RO 30.

How can I subscribe to and manage my New Shahry bundles?

You can Subscribe and manage your New Shahry bundles through the Ooredoo Oman App.

When will my account expire?

Your account will expire after a period of 6 months of non-payment.

What happens if I do not pay to keep my number active after the 6 months validity period?

Your line will be termintated permanently. You will then have a chance to retrive the number within 3 months from the line termination date by paying all outstanding bills and a fee of RO 1.

How can I add the Roaming service?

1. Ooredoo Stores: by visiting customer service in one of our Ooredoo stores.

How can I send credit from my account to another account?

You can transfer credit using the below channels: 1. Ooredoo Oman App: from the options, click on "Financial Services" and then "Local Credit Transfer".

How can I reset my transfer credit password?

You can reset your transfer credit password using the below channels:

USSD Menu: By dialling the code *222# and following the instructions.

What is my credit limit for transferring credit?

You can transfer credit between RO 5 and RO 100, depending on your credit score/credit limit.

How many Shahry numbers I can have under my ID?

You are allowed to have a total of 10 numbers under your ID for both hala prepaid and Shahry.
