Yes, you’ll need to sign in to your HUAWEI ID to buy apps or games from the HUAWEI AppGallery.
Open AppGallery > Me > Login to HUAWEI ID (on the top of the page) > Login or Register new account.
Go to Me > Payment and purchases > Mobile payments > Add your mobile number and select your carrier network.
Afterwards, when you are trying to make any in-app purchases, you will find mobile payment in the payment method, select it, and pay.

You can find the apps you have already installed from AppGallery by clicking on Me > Installation manager.
Make sure that your device has HMS Core 4.0.4 or higher to be able to use the billing payment method.
On the Huawei In-App Purchases screen, touch Add a phone number to pay and follow the on-screen instructions.
Yes, the limit varies with your carrier and location. If the payment amount exceeds your limit, the “Add a phone number to pay” option will be grayed out.
Go to Settings > Account Center > Payment and Purchases > Subscriptions and touch the service you wish to cancel the subscription for. Once cancelled, no deduction will be made from your account from the next month or payment cycle.
When you use a payment method for the second time, you will be asked to set a six-digit Payment Password. This password is different from your Huawei ID Account password. You will need to enter your Payment Password to verify your subsequent payments.
The payment password can be set in the following ways.
a. When you use a payment method for the second time, you will be asked to set a Payment Password.
b. Go to Settings > Account Center > Payment and Purchases > Settings > Payment Password.
After a payment is successful, an SMS will be sent to your phone number. Note that whether an SMS is sent or not, depends on your carrier network.
You can also go to Settings > Account Center > Payment and Purchases > Purchase History to check your purchase history.
If you have questions regarding the amount deducted from your phone number account, you may contact your carrier network.
Refund requests are accepted in particular situations, such as if you have paid but could not access the goods or services purchased.
You should send an email to support.mea@huawei.com, to include the below information:
We will get back to you in 24 hours. If the request for refund is accepted, the money will directly go back to your mobile number credit or bill balance.
The number of days for the refund to be processed will depend on the corresponding carrier system.
