5. If customers reach the data threshold before the end of the billing cycle, the speed will reduce to 5 Mbps. At this speed, customers will still be able to browse, chat and download. However, high bandwidth applications and services will be affected and may be subject to buffering.
6. Customers will receive SMS notifications when included data quota reaches 80% threshold and once 100% consumed.
7. 5G Manzili contracts are set to 24 months and will auto-renew. To disable auto renewal, please visit your nearest Ooredoo store.
8. If customers terminate the contract within the contract period, an ETC will apply. The ETC will be pro-rated on the remaining months of the contract period ((Remaining months /12) * 2 months MRC) applicable only on the first 12 months.
9. To change your location, please visit your nearest Ooredoo store. A fee of OMR 5 will be charged.
10. A one-time installation charge of 15 OMR for 25 & 28 OMR Plans and 10 OMR for 35 OMR plan will be applied for outdoor Installations only.
11. Customers may enjoy complimentary access to OSN+ /STARZPLAY based on their plan for one year only.

13. Without prejudice to the penalties stipulated in the Telecommunications Act promulgated by Royal Decree 30/2002, the Beneficiary shall not be entitled to redistribute the internet service outside the contracted residential / commercial unit, and shall bear all the legal liability resulting in the event that this violation is proven.
The Authority or the Company shall have the right to terminate the service of the Beneficiary in the event that it is proven otherwise, and to prevent the delivery of the service to the Beneficiary according to the period specified by the Authority.
