How can I activate the Shahry Plans?

You can activate Shahry Plans by visiting your nearest Ooredoo store with the required documents and sign up on the spot or through our Ooredoo website https://www.ooredoo.om/ and press "Eshop".

What are the documents required to activate the New Shahry service?

Omanis:

  • A copy of your current national ID card.
  • Proof of income if you would like a credit limit of more than RO 50.

non-Omanis:

  • A copy of your current resident card
  • Proof of income if you’d like a credit limit of more than RO 30.

How can I manage my Shahry plans?

You can manage your Shahry bundles through the Ooredoo App.

What happens if I do not pay to keep my number active after the 6 months validity period?

Your line will be termintated permanently. You will then have a chance to retrieve the number within 3 months from the line termination date by paying all outstanding bills and a fee of OMR 1.

How many Shahry numbers can I have registered under my ID?

You are allowed to have a total of 10 numbers registered under your ID for both Hala (Prepaid) and Shahry.

How can I upgrade to a new plan or downgrade to a lower plan?

You can upgrade your plan on the Ooredoo App. To downgrade your plan please visit your nearest Ooredoo store.
