How can I check and pay my bill?

You can check and pay your bill using the following channels:

  • Ooredoo App: Main page, click on "Pay here".
  • MyAccount: under the 'Payments' section https://myaccount.om/Security/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f
  • SMS: By sending an SMS with the keyword "Bill" to 90506
  • Self-service machines on location https://www.ooredoo.om/Personal/FindUs/SelfServiceMachines.aspx
  • Customer Service: By dialing the number 1500 and following the instructions

How can I change my billing address?

You can change your billing address as follows:

  • Change Email Address: by sending an SMS with the Email Address to the number 90603.
