How can I subscribe to an Internet bundle?

You can subscribe to an Internet bundle through the below channels:

  • Ooredoo Oman App:under the "Manage my plan" tab, click on"let's Go" and then "Add a New Plan".
  • MyِAccount: under Mobile Plans then manage internet access
  • USSD Menu: by dialling *555#

How can I check my internet balance?

You can Check your Internet plan through the below channels:

  • Ooredoo Oman App: under "Data produts".
  • MyAccount: under Mobile Plans Click Here
  • USSD Menu: by dialing *555# and following the instruction

Why am I using my data so quickly?

You might be using up your data quickly for the below reasons:

  • On auto back-up: auto back-up is on, especially when you connect your device via a cable to charge.
  • App updates: Application updates use a lot of mobile data
  • Social media: social media generally uses a lot of data, especially those that contain video.

Steps to maintain better control of your data:

  • Disable WiFi Assist (iPhone only)
  • Disable background app refresh (iPhone only)
  • Disable auto back-up/app updates through cellular data
  • Switch off mobile data when not using the internet

How can I get More Data?

You can get more data through the below channels:

  • Ooredoo Oman App:under the "Manage my plan" tab, click on"let's Go" and then "Add a New Plan".
  • USSD: for Mousbak customers by dialing *555#

How can I configure my handset for internet and MMS?

You can configure your handset for internet and MMS through the following:

  • MyAccount: Click Here
  • SMS: by sending an SMS with a keyword "All" to 1501.

Some mobile handsets cannot be configured via SMS. Then you can manually configure your mobile handset by following the user guide of your mobile handset. You will need the following information:
