  • 1500 Customer Service: follow the voice instructions

You can check your Internet plan through the following channels:

Why am I using my data so quickly?

You might be using up your data quickly for the following reasons:

  • Auto back-up: if auto back-up is on, especially when you connect your device with a cable to charge.
  • App updates: application updates use a lot of mobile data.
  • Social media: social media generally uses a lot of data, especially those that contain video.

Steps to maintain better control of your data:

  • Disable WiFi Assist (iPhone only)
  • Disable background app refresh (iPhone only)
  • Disable auto back-up/app updates through cellular data
  • Switch off mobile data when not using the internet
