Continuing to support the country’s digital transformation, Ooredoo has partnered with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning (MoHUP) for the provision of a Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) solution. The dynamic and tailored solution will enable the Ministry to send automated SMSs to its customers across the country asking for feedback on their experience with the Ministry. The data from it will then be used to improve its services. It’s one of a number of long-term partnerships Ooredoo has with the government sector as it strives to support capacity building, maximise efficiency, and carve out a path towards digital innovation.
