Ooredoo’s award-winning app has a fantastic new function for customers, enabling them renew their ID quickly and easily from the comfort of their homes. Now, updating your details is as easy as scanning the card and clicking a button. Even better, the app will send customers a notification when your ID card is due to expire. It’s just one of an ever-growing list of features the telecoms company is adding to enrich customers’ digital lives.

The new ID update function is located in the app’s side menu under “My Profile”. For new users, the App can be downloaded free from the Apple store or Google Play.
