Supporting His Majesty’s vision to boost employment of graduates in the Sultanate, Ooredoo has launched the Ruwaad programme in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour. The programme will provide 100 digital-savvy Omani graduates with technology jobs at Ooredoo Oman over the next three to five years.

Ooredoo currently employs over 980 individuals with an Omanisation level of more than 92 percent.

With applications already underway, Ruwaad is looking for those whose personalities and capabilities reflect a digitally-savvy and entrepreneurial mindset. Those interested can apply at ooredoo.om/career. Candidates selected will rotate through various departments of the company, after which time they will be able to settle and start their career journies in specific roles.
