This is the latest accolade for its pioneering digital-first customer experience vision, which is centred on the Ooredoo Oman App and their pioneering AI Chatbot, ‘Saeed’.

The Ooredoo Oman App is designed to provide customers with exactly what they need, when they want it, at the touch of a button. Combining a user-friendly interface and highly intuitive design, the app empowers customers. From checking data balances, to recharging, viewing or paying their bills or retrieving usage history. Users can also subscribe to, upgrade, add plans and view their plan history, allowing them to seamlessly manage their account. Ooredoo was also the first in the country to provide customers with the option of ordering their SIM card through the App and have it delivered to their door step, hassle-free.

As a data experience leaders, Ooredoo has won a string of prestigious awards this year including the Bronze award at the 14th Stevie International Business Awards, Best Rebrand of a Digital Property from Transform MENA, Best Digital Brand Campaign from the International Business Magazine Awards, and Digital Transformation at the Global Business Outlook Magazine (UK) Awards.
