Ever since it launched Ooredoo has provided professional development opportunities for nearly 10,000 Omani women as of 2023.

Taught by professionals, it helps Omani women discover their purpose and values, set achievable goals and gain teamwork, leadership and other skills to achieve a healthy work-life balance. Participants range from members of local communities to government organisations, charitable associations and even those on the Women’s Incubator programme.
