1. Eligibility: This promotion is only for new customers who sign up for 1/2 years contract plans with Ooredoo, and existing customers who upgrade or activate new lines.

2. Promotion Duration: The offer is valid for a period of 3 months from 12 Jul 2024 to 12 Oct 2024. Contracts must be singe within this timeframe to qualify for the promotion.

3. Plan Details:

• Shahry 10, 15, 20, 25, 30: Eligible for 1 month of free service each year of the 1/2 year contract.
• Shahry 50, 90: Eligible for 2 months of free service each year of the 1/2 year contract.

4. Free Months Allocation: The free months will split over the contract period, as follows:

• Shahry 10, 15, 20, 25, 30: Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC) waiver on month 2 of each year
• Shahry 50, 90: MRC waiver on month 2 and 6 of each year

5. Contract Terms: Customers must remain on the same plan for the entire 1/2 year contract duration to maintain eligibility of the MRC waiver.
Upgrade: If a customer upgraded his plan during the contract period, his previous plan waiver will remain.

6. Early Termination or Plan Downgrade: : If a customer terminates or downgrades the plan during the contract period, any promotional benefits received will be charged back, and he will be charged an amount as below:

• 1 Year Contract: One month recurring charge (MRC) of the plans
• 2 Years Contract: Two month recurring charge (MRC) of the plans.

7. Existing Customer: existing customers may upgrade their current plans to avail this offer.

8. Limitations: This offer cannot combined with any other promotions.
