The product also boasts a flat rate for all calls outside the business and is not subject to peak/off peak times.

Finally, any employees who need a little more than their company allocated credit, can recharge their account through any one of the numerous, convenient Ooredoo recharge methods while still enjoying the favourable flat rates.

Free calls within the CUG are subject to fair usage policy of 2000 minutes per month, per MSISDN.
CUG available for customers with 5 or more lines.
Free SMS are included within the Ooredoo SMS CUG are subject to a FUP of 400 messages per month, per MSISDN.

A minimum of 2 Ooredoo Business Mousbak lines are required.
All activations to be registered under the company name.
Company Registration Number (CRN) and relevant company documents.
Signed contract for 12 months.
All activations to be made via Business Sales Team and Ooredoo Stores.
CUG service is automatically activated for this product for 5 lines and above and optional for less than 5 lines.
Validity of a prepaid line is six months from activation date and is automatically renewed after every recharge.
Free calls within the CUG are subject to a fair usage policy of 2000 minutes per month, per MSISDN.
